Architecture

Architecture Designed for Production — Not Just the Demo

Clear boundaries, secure gateways and observable services. This is the shape of the systems we ship.

  1. User
  2. Flutter / Web Client Flutter · React
  3. Secure API Gateway TLS · Auth · Rate limits
  4. Application Services Node.js · Python · .NET
  5. PostgreSQL Migrations · Backups
  6. External APIs Payments · Accounting · CRM · AI

Engineering Quality

The parts your users don't see matter the most.

Anyone can demo the happy path. Production systems are defined by what happens when a token expires, a webhook duplicates, or a deploy goes wrong.

Security First

  • Secrets stay server-side
  • OAuth 2.0 done correctly
  • Proper token storage
  • Role-based access control
  • Request validation & TLS everywhere

Failure Recovery

  • Retry policies with backoff
  • Idempotent operations
  • Dead-letter handling
  • Structured logging
  • Webhook recovery & reconciliation

Maintainability

  • Clean architecture
  • Modular services
  • Dependency isolation
  • Documentation that stays true
  • Consistent coding standards

DevOps

  • CI/CD & automated builds
  • Environment separation
  • Docker & GitHub Actions
  • Monitoring & alerting
  • App store deployment automation

Process

Predictable from first call to handover

  1. Technical Discovery

We analyze requirements, existing systems, APIs, dependencies and technical risks — before anyone talks price.

  2. Fixed Scope

Deliverables, architecture, timeline and pricing are defined in writing before development begins. No surprises later.

  3. Build

Development happens asynchronously with regular written updates and demo builds — no stand-up theater.

  4. Review & QA

Functional testing, integration testing and your review against the agreed scope.

  5. Production Deployment

Cloud and app-store deployment, documentation and a clean handover of everything we built.

FAQ

Common questions

How much does custom software development cost?

It depends entirely on scope, which is why we work fixed-scope: API integration projects start at $1,500, Figma-to-Flutter implementations at $2,000, and full-stack MVPs at $4,000. After a short technical discovery you receive a written estimate with deliverables, timeline and a fixed price — before any development starts.

How much does a QuickBooks integration cost?

Most QuickBooks Online integrations start at $1,500 and take one to two weeks. The final price depends on how many entities you sync (invoices, customers, payments), whether you need webhooks and background sync, and how complex the mapping to your existing data model is. We scope this precisely during discovery.

Can you integrate an existing app with QuickBooks?

Yes — that's one of our most common projects. We add QuickBooks Online integration to existing web and mobile products: OAuth 2.0 connection flow, entity synchronization, webhook handling and token refresh, built alongside your current codebase without disrupting it.

Do you work with existing codebases?

Yes. We regularly join existing projects to add features, build integrations, fix architectural problems or modernize legacy code. We start by reading the code and mapping the architecture before proposing changes, and we match the conventions already in place.

Do you build both frontend and backend?

Yes — we're a full-stack team. Frontend in Flutter and modern web frameworks; backend in Node.js, Python or .NET with PostgreSQL; plus the cloud infrastructure, CI/CD and third-party integrations that connect it all.

Do you build iOS and Android applications?

Yes. We build cross-platform apps with Flutter, which ships native iOS and Android applications (and web, where it makes sense) from a single codebase — including App Store and Play Store deployment.

What technologies do you use?

Flutter and Dart for mobile; Node.js, Python and .NET/C# for backends; PostgreSQL for data; REST and GraphQL for APIs; AWS for cloud infrastructure; Docker and GitHub Actions for CI/CD. For integrations: OAuth 2.0, webhooks and third-party APIs of every kind — payment and accounting platforms, CRMs, and LLM providers for AI features.

Can you add AI features to our product?

Yes. We build LLM-powered features into new and existing products: AI assistants and chatbots, document processing, summarization and extraction, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) over your own data — engineered with guardrails, evaluation and cost controls so they behave predictably in production.

How does fixed-price development work?

Before development begins we run a technical discovery, then define deliverables, architecture, timeline and price in writing. That scope is the contract: you know what you're getting and what it costs. Changes are handled as explicit scope additions, never surprise invoices.

Can you sign an NDA?

Yes. We're happy to sign a mutual NDA before discussing your project details, and we treat all client code and business information as confidential by default.

Do you provide ongoing support?

Yes. Every project includes a handover period, and we offer optional ongoing support arrangements for maintenance, monitoring and iterative development. Support is never required — the documentation and code quality are designed so any competent team can take over.

Who owns the source code?

You do. On final payment, all code, infrastructure configuration and documentation produced for your project belongs to you, delivered in a repository you control.

How long does an MVP take?

Typically two to six weeks depending on scope. An MVP with a Flutter app, backend API, database, authentication and cloud deployment usually lands in the four-to-six-week range; tighter scopes ship faster. The timeline is fixed in writing during scoping.
