Problem
A founding team had validated designs in Figma and paying pilot customers waiting — but no engineering team and a fixed launch window.
Solution
We delivered the full product: a Flutter app for iOS, Android and web, a FastAPI backend with PostgreSQL, Stripe subscription billing, push notifications and store deployment.
Architecture
Feature-first Flutter structure with Riverpod state management, a REST API with JWT auth, and infrastructure as code on AWS with CI/CD through GitHub Actions.
Challenges
The fixed launch window meant scope discipline: we cut two nice-to-have features in scoping (not mid-project) and shipped exactly what was agreed.
Results
The startup launched on time on all three platforms, and their first in-house hire onboarded from the handover documentation alone.
