Engineering, not agency theater

We are a small senior engineering team building mobile applications, backend systems and API integrations for startups and growing businesses. We exist for one reason: many companies need experienced developers, but hiring and managing an internal engineering team is slow, expensive and often unnecessary for the scope at hand.

Our engineering philosophy

Software earns its keep in production, not in demos. We design for the failure cases first — expired tokens, duplicated webhooks, flaky networks, bad input — because that is where systems actually break. We prefer boring, proven technology, clear service boundaries and code that the next developer can read without a guided tour.

Technology experience

Flutter and Dart for cross-platform mobile; Node.js, Python and .NET/C# for backends; PostgreSQL for data; REST and GraphQL for APIs; AWS, Docker and GitHub Actions for infrastructure and delivery. On the integration side: OAuth 2.0, webhooks, payment and accounting platforms, CRMs and internal enterprise APIs. And on the AI side: LLM integrations, RAG pipelines, AI assistants and intelligent document processing — built with guardrails and evaluation, not just prompts.

How we communicate

Async by default. You get written status updates, demo builds and clear decision points — not recurring meetings. When a call genuinely moves the project forward, we schedule one. This model works across time zones and keeps the budget going into engineering instead of coordination.

Ownership, documentation and security

You own the source code, infrastructure configuration and documentation — delivered in repositories you control. Secrets stay server-side, access is role-based, and every integration is built with proper token storage and TLS. Documentation is written so a competent team can take over without us; long-term maintainability is a deliverable, not an upsell.
